Job Responsibilities

- Physical stock taking & verification; Knowledge of SAP/ERP.
- Procure material at right cost, time, and quality to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Import Purchase Orders.
- Verify order confirmations against import order & delivery schedule.
- Receive materials from clients, registered & regional offices.




- Maintain monthly recovery reports of subcontractors and forward to accounts.
- Check vendor documents (invoice, packing list, freight bill) and handle discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors regarding shortages/damages for replacements or credit notes.
- Prepare Inbound Deliveries referencing vendor invoices.
- Generate and convert Inbound Deliveries data to Excel and forward to accounts & stores.
- Generate MRP of consumables, convert to orders and send to vendors.
- Maintain minimum stock levels for consumables and other items.
- Prepare pending order status reports and follow up for deliveries.
- Follow up with vendors for urgent materials.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, and internal departments.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, indents, etc.
- Receive materials, prepare GRNs and issue slips accordingly.

- Bachelor's degree
