Job Responsibilities:

- - Handle customer queries through calls and emails.
- - Manage customer data, follow-ups and complaints.
- - Handle GeM Portal activities, including order tracking, documentation and coordination.
- - Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors and internal teams.
- - Maintain daily reports, customer feedback and CRM records.
- - Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service requests.

Required Skills:

- - Previous experience working on E-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.




- - Good understanding of online portal operations and order management.
- - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- - Good communication and coordination skills.
- - Organised, proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred: Candidates with prior GeM Portal experience will be given preference. Candidates with E-commerce portal experience and willingness to learn GeM operations are also welcome.
