Role & responsibilities

1. Project Management &
- Governance

- Lead end-to-end customer and business projects across the Americas region.

- Establish project governance frameworks, project charters, workflows, stage gates, and approval processes.

- Manage project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and delivery.

- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and benefits realization.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, SDLC standards, and governance requirements.

1. Delivery Excellence &
- Quality Assurance

- Ensure all project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

- Oversee testing, validation, deployment readiness, and production implementation activities.

- Monitor project performance metrics and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational effectiveness.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary liaison between Business Owners, Product Owners, leadership teams, and project stakeholders.

- Build strong cross-functional relationships and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

- Provide regular project status updates, executive reporting, and management insights.

- Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations and analysis.

1. PMO Operations &
- Reporting

- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, project reports, and governance reviews.

- Coordinate project review meetings, steering committees,



and leadership forums.

- Track action items, commitments, escalations, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.

- Maintain project documentation, decisions register, and governance records.

1. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional project teams.

- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable work setting.

- Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.

- Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

1. Strategic Initiatives &
- Business Improvement

- Support transformation programs and strategic business initiatives.

- Capture, evaluate, and organize business improvement opportunities.

- Drive accountability and execution of leadership priorities and organizational objectives.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and audit requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Fixed NIGHT SHIFT.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) preferred.

- 5+ years of people management and project leadership experience.

- Strong knowledge of Project Management, SDLC, Business Analysis, and Governance.

- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Shared Services environments is preferred.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
