Immigration Sales Counselor – French Speaking

About the Role

NestAbroad Immigration Services Private Limited is looking for a confident, multilingual and target-driven Immigration Sales Counselor to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in French, English, Hindi and Punjabi, with excellent communication, counselling and sales-conversion skills.

The candidate will interact with prospective clients, understand their immigration requirements and guide them regarding suitable immigration and overseas education services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries from prospective immigration clients.
- Counsel clients regarding Canada immigration pathways, including PR, study permits, work permits and visitor visas.
- Communicate fluently with clients in French, English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Understand client profiles and explain suitable immigration services.
- Convert prospective leads into paying clients through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Explain service processes, documentation requirements and applicable professional fees.
- Maintain client information, follow-ups and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal documentation and visa processing teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Maintain qualified relationships and ensure a positive client experience.

Mandatory Language Requirements

Candidates MUST be proficient in all four languages:
- French: Fluent speaking and client communication – Mandatory.
- English: Fluent verbal and written communication.
- Hindi: Fluent speaking.
- Punjabi: Fluent speaking.

Applications without French-speaking proficiency will not be considered.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle international clients.
- Knowledge of immigration and overseas education services.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.

Experience

- Prior experience in immigration sales, visa consultancy or overseas education counselling will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent proficiency in all four languages and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- French proficiency at B1/B2 level or above is preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, language proficiency and sales capabilities.
