Job highlights

- 8-10 years experience with hands-on Entra ID and AD DS administration, strong knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0), MFA, Conditional Access, and PowerShell automation

- Manage JML operations, administer MFA and Conditional Access, onboard applications to SSO, conduct access reviews, monitor identity health, and support incident response

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform joiner, mover and leaver (JML) operations, and manage identities, attributes and groups across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

- Administer MFA enrollments, authentication methods and Conditional Access changes under change control.

- Onboard applications to SSO using established patterns, and maintain certificates, secrets and app assignments.

- Use PowerShell to standardize account provisioning, bulk updates and reporting.

- Conduct periodic access reviews, remediate findings, and update documentation and runbooks.

- Monitor identity health dashboards and alerts,



respond to incidents, and support escalations.

- Work with endpoint, compute and collaboration teams to align policies and service changes.

Preferred Candidate

- Bachelors degree or relevant work experience

- 8-10 years of experience, with hands-on administration of Entra ID and AD DS

- Strong working knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0), MFA, Conditional Access and access reviews

- Proficient in PowerShell for automation and reporting

- Skilled in root cause analysis, complex troubleshooting and risk-based access decisions

- Experienced with audit readiness and working under change control

- Explicit communicator, comfortable writing incident summaries and change narratives and updating stakeholders

- Precise and detail-oriented with policy and configuration work
