- Responsible for on-ground HVAC operations in coordination with multiple teams • Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for incident management, preventive maintenance tracking, and supervision of maintenance activity • Operate HVAC and related infrastructure as per laid-down SOPs and EOPs • Prepare PM schedules and follow preventive/breakdown maintenance procedures for utility equipment • Coordinate with internal and external customers • Support energy management of HVAC systems • Analyze performance of HVAC equipment: chillers, PAHUs, FWUs, chemical dosing, and water consumption • Support compliance with ISO certifications: QMS, ITSM, ISMS, BCMS, EnMS, EMS, OHSE, etc.
