Key Responsibilities

- Prepare HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting layout drawings.

- Develop HVAC ducting layouts, chilled water piping layouts, and ventilation drawings.

- Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.

- Prepare sections, elevations, equipment layouts, and installation details.

- Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, structural, and other services drawings.

- Identify and resolve drawing clashes and coordination issues.

- Prepare duct sizing, piping layouts, and equipment positioning drawings as per engineer instructions.

- Incorporate revisions and comments from consultants and project engineers.

- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.

- Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and documentation.

- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for execution requirements.

1. Technical Skills Required





- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.

- Knowledge of HVAC ducting and piping layouts.

- Understanding of HVAC systems, ventilation, and air-conditioning.

- Knowledge of plumbing and firefighting layouts.

- Understanding of MEP coordination and construction drawings.

- Knowledge of shop drawings and as-built drawings.

- Basic knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage.

- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.

1. Educational Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

- Additional HVAC / MEP drafting certification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
