Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Provide coaching and guidance to employees to improve their performance and growth opportunities.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops on various topics such as leadership, communication, and teamwork.

- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a coaching or professional development role.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal,



and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Experience with HR software and systems is an asset.
