: HR Operations Lead

About the Role

We need a hands-on HR professional who can run end-to-end HR operations for an NBFC and lead a team of junior executives.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Documentation & MIS: Maintain employee records and HR documents, and prepare regular MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance)
- Operations & Leadership: Lead and review junior team members, oversee onboarding, confirmations, and exits, and ensure SOPs are followed
- Attendance: Monitor attendance and leave,



and close inputs accurately and on time for payroll
- Payroll: Validate inputs, coordinate monthly salary processing, and ensure PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS compliance

Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR or Management (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 3 to 5+ years of HR operations experience, ideally in an NBFC or financial services
- Working knowledge of payroll, statutory compliances, and MS Excel/HRMS
- Solid communication and team-leadership skills
