WE ARE HIRING – TRANSPORT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a skilled, responsible and dedicated Transport Executive to join our team at Rourkela, Odisha, for our Trailer Transportation Operations.

?Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and ensure timely placement of trailers as per customer requirements.
2. Manage daily fleet operations, including trailer availability, deployment and vehicle allocation.
3. Coordinate with truck owners, transporters, drivers and customers for smooth transportation operations.
4. Monitor vehicle movement through GPS and ensure timely reporting of vehicle status.
5. Coordinate loading, unloading, dispatch and delivery schedules.
6. Ensure proper documentation, including LR/GR, challan, e-way bills, POD and other transport-related documents.
7. Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT), detention, breakdowns and delivery performance.




8. Handle driver-related issues and ensure regular communication with drivers during transit.
9. Maintain daily MIS reports covering vehicle placement, trips, diesel consumption, delays and delivery status using MS Excel.
10. Ensure compliance with vehicle fitness, permits, insurance and other statutory transportation requirements.
11. Coordinate with the maintenance team for trailer breakdowns and vehicle repair requirements.
12. Follow up with customers for delivery confirmation and POD submission.
