About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the complete HR function in a fast-paced advertising and digital marketing environment.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in HR operations, end-to-end recruitment, payroll management, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and HRMS software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across creative, digital, media, accounts, and business teams.
- Lead complete HR operations, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exit formalities.
- Handle HR operations and workforce management for 200–300+ employees.
- Independently manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing.
- Must have hands-on experience with Keka HRMS software.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Manage employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive performance appraisals, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage manpower planning, HR budgets, and workforce requirements.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial/generalist role.
- Prior experience in an Advertising Agency / Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS software is mandatory.
- Solid end-to-end payroll processing experience is mandatory.
- Experience handling 200–300+ employees is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, creative, and dynamic workforce.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS tools.
