Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the clinic. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.

Manager will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the clinic’s values. Daily responsibilities include coordinating training and development initiatives, managing HR documentation and HRIS records, overseeing payroll inputs and advantages administration, and collaborating with management to support staffing needs in clinical and administrative teams.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools, are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a sensitive healthcare environment.
