Role Overview

 Overseeing the end-to-end ELC process to ensure seamless onboarding and transition-out for employees

 Support Talent Acquisition activities, including understanding manpower requirements, coordinating with hiring managers, screening and coordinating candidate profiles, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process

 Track key people metrics (30-60-90 survey, Exit survey) and extract action points

 Understand and implement new company policies

 Constantly improve the employee engagement scores across the org

 Ideate and organize engagement activities across locations

 Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

 Responsible for employer branding initiatives

 Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

Requirements

 2-5 years of experience in HR operations and employee engagement





 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

 Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

 Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

 Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills

Skills & Competencies

 Robust interest in building a career in Human Resources

 Good verbal and written communication skills

 Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

 Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

 Attention to detail and accuracy

 Ability to work with data and prepare reports

 Good organisational and time-management skills

 Ability to handle confidential information with maturity

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment

Preferred Profile

 MBA/Graduate in Human Resources or a related discipline

 Candidates interested in HR within the FinTech/NBFC/financial services environment would be preferred.
