Miizaj is hiring an HR Manager with 810 years of experience and strong, hands-on expertise in HR operations and retail hiring.

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Annual CTC: 6 to 8 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Hiring

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store teams, including sales staff, store managers, and other store-level roles.
- Work with business and store managers to identify staffing requirements and prioritise vacancies.
- Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and follow through until joining.
- Build a pipeline of suitable retail candidates and track hiring progress, offer acceptance, and joining status.

HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance and leave records, validate payroll inputs, and coordinate timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day employee relations.




- Implement HR policies consistently across retail teams and support applicable statutory compliance.
- Maintain HR reports covering headcount, vacancies, attendance, and employee turnover.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- 810 years of HR experience with substantial exposure to both HR operations and retail recruitment.
- Hands-on experience hiring for retail stores; fashion or apparel retail experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate effectively with store managers and business leaders.
