Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the complete HR operations of our manufacturing company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, labour law compliance and HR administration.

The candidate must be fluent in Hindi to communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking employees and workers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Coordinate interviews, screening and candidate selection.
- Recruit blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Manage job postings and recruitment portals.

2. Employee Management

- Manage employee joining, onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.

3. Attendance & Payroll

- Monitor daily attendance, leave and shift management.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Manage overtime, salary details and employee records.
- Handle employee exit formalities and full & final settlements.

Labour Law & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Handle PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity and statutory documentation.
- Maintain statutory registers and HR records.
- Coordinate with government departments and consultants when required.

5. HR Administration

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and employee performance reports.
- Manage training and development activities.
- Support management in workforce planning.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is compulsory.
- Strong recruitment and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of payroll and HRMS software.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
- Leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage factory workers and staff.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing or factory HR operations.
- Ability to communicate with Hindi-speaking workers.
- Strong employee-handling and conflict-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the HR department.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
