We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner to manage end-to-end HR functions and drive strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT/IT Services or Software Development organizations and have independently managed HR operations for 300–500+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and exit management.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage performance appraisal, performance management, and talent development processes.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, HR policies, and employee welfare.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Manage HR operations, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives and employee capability enhancement.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams for workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Lead HR teams and ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Support organizational change management and strategic HR initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- 10–15 years of overall HR experience.
- Strong experience in IT Services / IT Consulting / Software Development.
- Experience managing HR functions for 300–500+ employees.
- Previous experience as HR Manager / Senior HR Manager / HRBP / HR Lead.
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
