Role & responsibilities

- Finalizing the Head count planning during the budget time accordingly innitiate the hirings

- Recruitment - Hire all replacement and new position by coordinating with external agencies and sourcing through naukri portal, talking to candidates, arrange the interviews with superior and sending the compensation offer to selected candidate..

- Seeking approval for staff requisition form along with the JD
- lnnitiating joining formalities like issue the employment contract, user id & email id creation, coordinating with IT for organizing the Laptop and datacard and build the personal file.

- Organizing induction and orientation program about Company, Products and Process

- Formulation of strategic policies towards employees welfare, discipline, safety and administration

- Organizing training for enhancement of skills and competencies and necessary action for development.

- Conduct Employees performance appraisal during year end and send the feedback to HQ

- Organizing activities for employee motivation and engagement

- Handling employees greviance and providing counselling to needy





- Handling payroll administration - checking attendance and leave record, employee TDS calculation, preapre salary inputs and upload the same to Paypac softaware, generate the statement and sending the approved Salary advise to bank.

- Statutory: prepare the PF, ESI & PT statement and send it to Finance dept. for booking and upload the statutory payments and close the monthly returns.

- Handing Factories, Labour department and pollution control board and submit all yearly & half yearly returns along with Factory license renewal.

- Handling general administration like security, contract employees, house keeping, monitor and execute all agreements realated to vendors and building and all Insurance.
