Role & responsibilities

A. Performance Management

- Manage performance management activities, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance calibration.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective implementation and timely completion of PMS.

B. Talent Management & Succession Planning

- Conduct talent review exercises and identify high-potential employees and critical talent.
- Support succession planning, talent pipeline development, and career progression initiatives.

C. Talent & Leadership Development

- Develop and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Coordinate leadership development, mentoring, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
- Identify competency gaps and support capability development programs.

D. Organization Development

- Support organization structure reviews, role clarity, competency mapping, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Identify people-related improvement opportunities and support HR transformation projects.

E. HR Analytics & Project Management





- Develop HR dashboards and reports related to performance, talent, and development.
- Independently coordinate and drive assigned HR projects with business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in Talent Management, OD, Performance Management, or HRBP.
- Practical exposure to PMS, talent reviews, succession planning, or talent development.
- Solid analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manufacturing or MNC experience preferred.

Candidates from Talent Management, OD, PMS, or HRBP backgrounds are welcome. Dedicated OD experience is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be business-oriented, analytical, proactive, and capable of independently driving HR initiatives while working closely with department heads and senior management.
