Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition for our Chinese Wok stores in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in QSR or retail operations, particularly in bulk hiring and store-level HR management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition 70%

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Shift Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers.
- Manage bulk hiring and ensure timely closure of store-level vacancies.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, walk-ins and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular manpower updates.
- Support manpower planning based on store requirements.

2. HR Operations 30%

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee grievances and employee engagement activities.




- Monitor employee attrition and support retention initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of HRIS updates and employee records.
- Coordinate exit formalities and Full & Final settlements.
- Employee Code creation.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in bulk and volume hiring.
- Positive understanding of QSR / Restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to manage multiple store-level requirements.

Eligibility
- 2–4 years of experience in HR.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QSR / Retail / F&B; recruitment preferred.
- Graduate or MBA in Human Resources.
- Candidates familiar with Chennai's QSR talent market will be preferred.
