Location: Chennai

Role Purpose To partner with business and operations leaders in driving HR initiatives, employee engagement, workforce management and organisational effectiveness across multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Business and Operations Heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.

- Handle large-scale blue-collar and white-collar across multiple locations.

- Drive manpower planning, talent acquisition, retention and workforce productivity initiatives.

- Manage performance management, employee engagement and development initiatives.

- Monitor attrition, absenteeism and other HR metrics, and drive corrective actions.

- Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory compliance and HR policies.





- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers and separations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.

- 510 years of overall HR experience, with relevant HRBP exposure.

- Experience in Facility Management, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Retail or other service-oriented industries.

- Strong experience handling blue-collar / frontline workforce is mandatory.

- Exposure to multi-location HR operations and employee relations.

- Valuable understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
