Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy HRIS solutions using SAP SuccessFactors to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for current projects and implement changes in existing systems.

- Troubleshoot issues related to HRMS integration with other systems and provide technical support as needed.

- Develop techno-functional documentation for HR processes and procedures.

Job Requirements :

- 5-9 years of experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance, or consulting.

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Core HR, Time Management, etc

- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, HR Technology Consultant, HRIS Analyst, or similar role

- Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Employee Lifecycle Management, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning, and Payroll

- Experience working with enterprise HR applications and HRIS platforms.

- Proven experience managing or overseeing system integrations between HR applications and SAP landscapes.
