– HR Trainer / HR Faculty

Position: HR Trainer / HR Faculty Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full time Location: palarivattom,kochi

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct HR-related training sessions for students.
- Teach basic HR concepts, principles and functions.
- Explain recruitment and selection procedures.
- Provide practical training on sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Teach HR operations, payroll processing, attendance and leave management.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations and training materials.
- Conduct mock interviews and support students in placement preparation.
- Monitor students' performance and provide feedback.
- Guide students in completing practical assignments and HR projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in HR / MHRM or relevant qualification.




- Good knowledge of HR functions and practices.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll and HR operations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle students and conduct training sessions.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Excel.
- Teaching or training experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with practical HR experience.
- Freshers with strong HR knowledge and positive teaching skills can also apply.
- Ability to explain HR concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
