EXECUTIVE HR -TALENT ACQUISITION

Location: Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad

Experience: 2 -4 Years

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across junior, executive and managerial positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.

Handle salary negotiations, offer releases and pre-joining follow-ups.

Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring dashboards.

Monitor recruitment TAT and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Candidate Requirements





MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

2-4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.

Robust sourcing, screening and Boolean search skills.

Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.

Languages: Telugu, Hindi and English (mandatory).

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Immediate joiners preferred.
