Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for sourcing right candidates as per clients requirement through various sourcing channels like Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Head hunting, etc.,

- Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.

- Determine applicant requirements by studying and job qualifications. Understanding the company requirement and work accordingly

- Responsible for the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening resumes, interviewing, coordinate technical tests & interviews, negotiating the offers and follow up till the candidates join).

Preferred candidate profile

- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate & Preferable MBA (HR), MA(HRM), BBA, BA , B.Com, BE, B.Tech

- Should have valuable communication skill

- Should have the passion for recruitment and other functionalities of HR

- Ability to face challenges and take over responsibility
