About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers and operations teams to ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Operations Managers and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback and selection status.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing,



interview conversion, selection and joining ratios.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate management.
- Prior experience hiring for US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing roles will be preferred.
- Understanding of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment tracking.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
