- Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.

- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

- Communicate interview details and provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer rollout.

- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms to attract talent.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and joining formalities.

- Coordinate background verification and pre-employment processes.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

- Generate recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates to management.





- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring process.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.

- Support campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employee referral programs.

Preferred Experience

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
