Job Title: HR Recruiter Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule face-to-face interviews. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview schedules and follow-ups. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Ensure timely closure of open positions. Handle joining formalities and documentation.

Language: English, Hindi, Bengali Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in HR recruitment (Freshers can also apply). Valuable communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
