Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and highly driven HR Recruiter Intern who is passionate about Talent Acquisition, especially blue-collar and frontline hiring. Your primary responsibility will be recruitment - making calls, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and helping us close hiring requirements. Alongside recruitment, you will get exposure to other HR and people operations activities and contribute to building and improving our internal HR processes.

Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition Recruitment (Primary Responsibility): Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination for blue-collar and frontline roles, including villa caretakers, housekeeping staff, ground staff, and other operational positions. Make a high volume of candidate calls every day for sourcing, screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media, walk-ins, and other creative channels.

Screen candidates based on role requirements, experience, communication skills, and availability. Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups. Work towards meeting hiring targets and closing positions within defined timelines.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

- HR Operations Coordination: Assist with onboarding, documentation, employee records, and joining formalities. Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.



Coordinate with employees and operations teams for day-to-day HR requirements. Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives. Take up additional HR and administrative responsibilities as required.

- Ideas, Initiative Ownership: Identify better ways to source candidates and improve recruitment turnaround time. Come up with creative hiring strategies, especially for frontline and blue-collar positions. Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest practical improvements. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through until completion. Be comfortable handling unexpected tasks and figuring out solutions independently.

Requirements

- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably through a previous internship.

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening.

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking to different kinds of candidates.

- Willingness to work extensively on blue-collar, frontline, and operational hiring.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets and maintaining recruitment trackers.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
