Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have positive sourcing and screening skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Work towards achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT job requirements.
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
