HR & US IT Staffing Compliance Specialist
We are looking for an experienced HR qualified with strong knowledge of US IT staffing operations, including preparing and managing MSAs, SOWs, POs, client contracts, offer letters, and employee documentation.
Must understand US work visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC), E-Verify, I-9 verification, immigration documentation, onboarding, and employment compliance requirements.
The candidate should have excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage HR and compliance activities independently.
