The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines to fulfill multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage high-volume and bulk hiring campaigns from sourcing to final onboarding.

- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Shine), social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and local databases.
- Screening &
- Assessment:



Conduct high-volume telephonic/walk-in screenings and initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate large-scale or walk-in interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Pipeline &
- Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates from initial contact through joining to minimize drop-off rates.
- MIS &
- Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the HR and operations team to complete joining formalities and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
