We are looking for a confident, proactive, and result-oriented Hiring Specialist with hands - on experience in Blue Collar / Bulk Hiring and Field Recruitment.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proactively work on client demands and ensure timely fulfilment of manpower
- requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates, field teams, and clients.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements.
- Conduct ground-level and field hiring through multiple sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Manage candidate Attendance tracking/payouts/incentives and ensure timely
- processing.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand and fulfil hiring

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Notice Period: Immediate Joiner preferred / Maximum 10 days

Perks

Salary - 16-22k in-hand.
