Our client is a next-generation, innovation-led home-care company pioneering zero-plastic, ultra-concentrated cleaning products. They are building a future-ready, sustainable platform and now need a growth leader to scale the D2C business across digital, e-commerce and quick-commerce channels. You'll work directly with the founders to define growth strategy and build the brand.

✅ Overall D2C growth strategy: customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value

✅ Brand building and consumer marketing: digital, influencer, social, content and performance marketing

✅ Sales across D2C and marketplace platforms, plus website conversion, customer journeys and digital merchandising

✅ Quick-commerce leadership: channel partnerships, visibility, promotions and assortment planning

✅ Customer insights and analytics: segmentation, personalization and a data-driven growth culture

✅ Building and leading high-performing growth, digital marketing,

? Proven track record of scaling D2C, e-commerce or digitally-led consumer businesses

? Experience managing significant digital marketing and customer acquisition budgets

? Solid analytical and commercial decision-making skills

? Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing teams
