Job Purpose The Plant HR Manager will be responsible for managing complete HR and administration operations at the MG Motor plant, ensuring smooth manpower deployment, employee relations, statutory compliance, workforce productivity, recruitment, training, and adherence to customer and company policies.

1. Manpower Planning & Deployment - Ensure timely deployment of manpower across warehouse, production support, line feeding, material handling, dispatch and other activities.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding.
3. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations.
4. Statutory Compliance & Labour Law - Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

5. Payroll and attendance Management
6. Safety,



Health & Workplace Discipline
7. Customer & Stakeholder Management
8. HR MIS & Reporting
9. Administration & Facilities Management

Required Skills & Competencies -
1. Strong leadership and people management skills.
2. Valuable knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations.
3. Strong manpower planning and workforce management.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shifts.

Education Qualification & Experience 1.MBA/PGDM in Human Resource or equivalent qualification.
1. 8-12 Years of experience in HR Operations.
2. Minimum 5 Years of experience in plant HR/Manufacturing/Automotive/3PL Logistics operations
3. Experience in managing contractual manpower and large workforces.
4. Experience in Handling Customer Audits and employee relations.
