Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Recruitment Professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and timely closure of multiple job requirements.

Key Responsibilities l Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring for multiple requirements.

l Source and screen candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Job Hai, and other recruitment portals.

l Understand job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.

l Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.

l Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and internal delivery teams.

l Follow up with clients for interview feedback, selection updates, and offer letters.

l Coordinate candidate documentation, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.

l Organize and manage walk-in interviews across Mumbai.





l Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment trackers.

l Achieve assigned hiring targets and ensure timely recruitment closures.

Required Skills l 25 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

l Good experience in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment.

l Hands-on expertise in Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and Job Hai.

l Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.

l Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

l Robust candidate follow-up and coordination skills.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with experience in staffing companies, recruitment consultancies, or corporate talent acquisition with proven bulk hiring and recruitment closure experience.
