Saraswati Group of Colleges is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and result-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.

- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

- Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention.

- Address employee grievances and workplace-related concerns.

- Coordinate with different departments for workforce planning.





- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Maintain employee records and HR reports.

- Support management in HR planning and organizational development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.

- Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

- Ability to manage teams and resolve employee-related issues.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
