We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and foster a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, handling employee attendance and leave management, maintaining HR databases, and addressing employee grievances. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating joining formalities and exit processes, and monitoring employee performance. Additionally, you will prepare HR reports and ensure adherence to company policies while supporting payroll coordination and other administrative activities.





The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a good understanding of recruitment and general HR operations. You should be organized, capable of multitasking, and proficient in MS Office and HR software. A mature and professional approach is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
