Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and policies, focusing on performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee well-being
- Lead training, development, and employee engagement programs
- Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMS systems




- Advise management on HR-related issues and organizational planning

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferred.
