Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Manager at our Corporate Office in Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, training, employee relations, and compliance with required laws and regulations. The role will involve working closely with divisional heads to support the company's growth and development.

Preference

Strong knowledge and at least 3-5 years prior experience similar role in nutraceutical, pharma, FMCG manufacturing company.

Qualifications

- Proven experience of Recruiting, Orientation, Induction, Training, and Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition and Retention skills in our sector
- Experience of conducting negotiations and well as contract documentation, conducting background verification, reference checks, joining formalities and related documentation
- Experience of Performance Evaluation/Reviews, Rewards and Recognitions programs, employee events
- Experience of implementing and operating HRMS and CRM systems
- Knowledge of labour,



factory and establishment laws and their statutory compliances
- Experience of administration, liaison with Govt. departments, MCD, fire, PF, ESIC, labour, police etc.
- Experience in performance management and conflict resolution
- Solid organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MBA in Human Resources or related field
