Position: HR Intern

Location: Budigere Cross, Bangalore

Stipend: ₹16,000 per month

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR) – Mandatory

Eligibility: Recent MBA HR graduates only

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave and employee documentation.
- Support HR operations, payroll coordination and employee data management.




- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Support HR policies, documentation and general administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
- Must be a recently graduated MBA HR candidate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR functions.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of HR responsibilities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
