Urgent Hiring – HR Head
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Kandla / Bhuj / Gandhidham
Experience: 10–15+ Years
Salary: ₹12–15 LPA (No bar for the right candidate)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations and HR strategy.
- Manage payroll, statutory compliance and labour laws.
- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and performance management.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and legal compliance.
- Manage large-scale workforce operations.
Key Requirement:
- Robust experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Must have handled a workforce of 2,000+ employees.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll, labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in handling complete HR functions independently.
