BeatBox Fitness is looking for energetic and highly organized HR & Franchise Operations Associates to support recruitment, franchise coordination and day-to-day operational follow-ups.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who is comfortable speaking with franchise owners, studio teams, trainers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Conduct and coordinate weekly BeatBox franchise meetings.
- Communicate with franchise owners and studio teams regarding sales, staffing, operations, marketing and pending issues.
- Prepare meeting agendas and capture important discussion points.
- Maintain action trackers with responsible person, deadline and current status.
- Follow up with franchisees and internal teams until pending tasks are completed.
- Coordinate weekly trainer and studio operational discussions when required.
- Prepare concise updates and weekly reports for management.




- Escalate major operational, staffing, customer or franchise concerns to management.
- Maintain HR and operational records, trackers and reports.

What We’re Looking For:

- 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, operations, coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in conducting calls and meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and reporting.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure closure.
- Organized, professional and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.
- MBA / BBA / B.Com / HR-related qualification preferred.

Most Important: We need someone who does not simply conduct meetings — the person should identify pending actions, assign ownership, follow up and ensure closure.
