: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and take ownership of key HR functions - recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, employee support, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone passionate about identifying talent, improving processes, and contributing to a people-centric workplace and has an ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, feedback collection, and offer rollout. • Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.




- Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs while assessing candidate's fitment for the role and company culture.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, preferred profiles, and expected timelines.
- Manage candidate communication professionally, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct smooth onboarding and induction of new employees end to end.
- Liase with employees and handle other HR and day to day operational functions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant HR experience in internal operations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
