We are looking for a proactive HR qualified who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations and build HR processes as the organisation grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and exit formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, incentives, salary revisions and full & final settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT and labour laws).
- Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement and grievances.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and HR MIS reports.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR with 25 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Expectation: Must be capable of independently handling the complete HR function with minimal supervision.
