Algorithm Social is a growing digital marketing agency specialising in social media, with services in SEO, AI visibility, and PPC management. We’re building our core team and looking for someone dependable to keep things running smoothly.

The role

You’ll be the founder’s right hand and the glue of the agency. No two days look the same: scheduling, coordination, client follow-ups, research, reporting, and anything else that keeps the business moving.

What you’ll do

- Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, and daily priorities
- Handle client communication, onboarding, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with freelancers and team members on deadlines and deliverables
- Prepare simple reports, trackers, and documents
- Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and basic records
- Research tools, competitors, and prospects as needed




- Assist with posting and scheduling social media content

What we’re looking for

- Recent graduate or final-year student from any discipline
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised, with robust attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling several tasks and learning quickly
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- A reliable, proactive, and discreet working style
- Interest in digital marketing is a plus
