Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage branch expansion projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site coordination, execution monitoring, contractor management, material coordination, cost control, and ensuring timely completion of branch setup activities as per company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Study work orders, technical drawings, dispatch schedules, and logistics schedules for assigned sites.
- Conduct site measurements and verify furnishing unit dimensions.
- Mark electrical, plumbing, and gas connection points as per project requirements.
- Assign tasks to installation teams and provide proper work instructions.
- Coordinate and arrange subcontractors based on site requirements.
- Verify materials received from the factory against work orders and material checklists.
- Monitor project progress and regularly update Zonal Managers on site status.
- Maintain robust client relationships and provide regular project progress updates.
- Prepare and maintain project work schedules and site calendars.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and timely execution.




- Coordinate part-payment and final-payment collection.
- Ensure timely project completion and smooth handover to clients.
- Collect client satisfaction reports, Google reviews, and Facebook reviews after project completion.

Eligibility Criteria

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Project Management.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Experience in residential interior execution, modular furniture, or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across India as per project requirements.
- Ability to manage installation teams, subcontractors, and multiple project sites.
- Strong client-handling and project execution capabilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
