We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager who can take ownership of our day-to-day client operations and make sure work gets done smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

You’ll be the central point of coordination between clients, the internal team, freelancers and vendors.

What you’ll handle

- Manage ongoing client projects and deliverables
- Assign and track tasks across the team
- Follow up with designers, editors, developers and freelancers
- Coordinate content calendars, shoots, campaigns and other marketing activities
- Communicate with clients regularly and keep them updated
- Track approvals, feedback and deadlines
- Identify delays or issues before they become client problems
- Ensure everything promised to the client gets delivered
- Maintain a transparent task/project management system

Ideal experience

1–4 years in digital marketing, client servicing, project management, account management or agency operations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
