Acero Kitchen is a premium luxury stainless steel modular kitchen brand from B3 Group, based in Kochi. We design and install durable, elegant kitchens for homes that value quality and modern living.

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team. You will design posters, shoot interiors and edit videos for Acero Kitchen, and support other B3 Group brands. The right person has a strong eye for premium design, knows current trends, and works well in a rapid-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Regular Duties

- Design posters, brochures, ads, festive posts and other creatives for social media, the website and YouTube (including banners and thumbnails)

- Shoot photos and videos of kitchens at client sites, showrooms and the factory, handling lighting and reflections on stainless steel

- Shoot client testimonial videos

- Capture product details such as finishes, drawers, hinges and soft close movement, and shoot quick reels on mobile when needed

- Edit reels, product videos, site walkthroughs, before/after videos and testimonials

- Create motion graphics, logo animations and animated feature callouts

- Do colour correction, audio cleanup, music syncing and subtitles, and export in the right format for each platform

- Retouch and edit product and interior photographs

- Plan and deliver content as per the content calendar

- Coordinate with the marketing team on briefs and revisions

- Keep an organised library of design files, footage and brand assets

Occasional Duties (during events and as needed)

- Shoot and edit event photos and videos

- Design print material such as brochures, catalogues, hoardings, standees and exhibition stall graphics, with print-ready files

- Create brand guidelines, templates and brand kits as new brands are added

Required Skills

Software

- Adobe Photoshop – poster design, photo editing and retouching

- Adobe Illustrator – layouts, vector graphics, logos and print design

- Adobe Premiere Pro – editing, pacing, colour correction, audio,



subtitles, speed ramps and platform exports

- Adobe After Effects – motion graphics, logo animations, animated text, tracking and product reveals

Shooting

- Strong mobile photography and videography skills, mainly on iPhone (stabilisation, framing, lighting, Pro and Cinematic modes)

- Experience shooting interiors, ideally kitchens, furniture or home products

- Handling DSLR or mirrorless cameras, wide-angle lenses, gimbal and lighting

- Understanding of composition, framing and natural light for interiors

Creative

- Strong sense of typography, layout and premium, minimal design

- Up to date with the latest design, reel and social media trends

- Knowledge of reel formats, hooks, trending audio and platform sizes

- Basic understanding of print production (CMYK, bleed, resolution)

- Awareness of music and image copyright

Good to Have

- Adobe Lightroom and InDesign

- Canva and Cap Cut for quick-turnaround content

- AI tools such as Photoshop Generative Fill, Adobe Firefly or Runway

- Experience with interior, architecture, furniture or real estate brands

Experience and Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, video shooting and editing

- Experience working with a creative or digital marketing agency, or an in-house marketing team

- A portfolio is mandatory, shared as an online link (Behance, Google Drive, personal website or PDF). It should include posters, interior or product shoots, and video work. Video files can be shared as links (YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram or Google Drive).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
