We are looking for an experienced Apparel Sourcing & Production Merchandiser to manage the complete order cycle from sourcing & costing to production follow-up and timely shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

o Source and develop reliable garment manufacturers.

o Handle costing, negotiation, sampling & product development.

o Follow up production and ensure adherence to T&A; and delivery timelines.

o Coordinate with factories for quality, production and shipment.

o Identify and resolve production issues proactively.

o Maintain strong communication with factories, buyers and head office.

o Expert costing skills, strong negotiation power, and fluency in English and Tamil.

Ideal Candidate:

- 4–7 years' experience in apparel sourcing/merchandising.

- Strong knowledge of knits/woven,



costing & production processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Proactive, hands-on and deadline-oriented.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
