1. Patient Care

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
- Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, SPO2) and report abnormalities immediately.
- Administer medications timely and accurately as prescribed.
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.

2. Clinical Support

- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain sterile dressings, instruments, and equipment.
- Perform nursing procedures such as IV cannulation, injections, wound care, catheterization, etc.
- Collect samples (blood, urine, swab) and ensure proper lab dispatch.

3. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate nursing notes, intake-output charts, and medical records.
- Update patient files and ensure proper handover between shifts.
- Report any changes in patient condition to the physician promptly.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
